After introducing this unit, we succeeded in achieving an eightfold increase in longevity, using the cutting fluid for two years without replacement and significantly reducing running costs. 2. Separated and recovered floating sludge and mixed oil from the cutting fluid of five machine tools (cutting fluid tank: 1200L / workpiece: cast iron) using just one unit. We have continued to use the cutting fluid for five years without replacement. 3.
